About Katie
My love of movement stems from my training as a professional ballet dancer. For the last 20 years it’s led me to become an aerobic instructor, an actor, an elite celebrity fitness trainer, a body + mind transformation guide, and a Pilates expert. These experiences shaped my philosophy around exercise into the complete system I use today.
